Non anonymous money

For Pakistan's law and order situation, perhaps non anonymous electronic cash can be a solution.

Poor paid thru atms by transferring money on their mobile phones. they then use this at shops, who accept them on phones. each transaction is recorded. in a day a person enters into 100 transactions, which means 200 million multiplied by 100 equals 20 billion cash transactions. Fortunately in this age this number does not seem formidable, it is just like big data.

Okay, now when i am reviewing a paper i like to highlight certain areas of text. Sometime i also like to color different areas differently. Currently i have to go and click on a dropdown choice box select the color and use it. Of course if i dont want to change the color it takes only one click to do the thing. Why cant i have multiple highlighters waiting for me at the top, so that i can click the right colored highlighter and dont switch between colors through that choice box, or can I?

Okay, this is going to be costly. But, maybe possible. They should have automatic barriers on every major road at about every 500 meters. These barriers should stay underground all the time, but come out on the sound of a gun shot, or by dialing a number on your mobile phone. This should prevent the shooters from escaping. Of course, it would require a major infrastructure improvement. Every road should be repaired, have a side walk, and a side fence. Can this be possible. Yes. i think so.
