collaborate, coordinate, coperate

Collaborate: labor together, work together, same goal, single output, cant achieve independently, or with difficulty

Cooperate: can operate together, do not interfere, independent goals, will hurt each other if do not cooperate, help each other if they do

Coordinate:  when they share an understanding of the environment, so that they can sequence their activities, roles etc, it is the actual actual sequencing and synchronization of individual activities of two or more entities .

idea for MS Word improvement

Word should remember not only recently used files but also "related" files. That is it should know the cluster of files that a person commonly works on together. For example i may have a research paper and a related "things to do file". Now I may be working on the paper for a long time and not used the ttd file for a while , but i should have it in the list of related files.
